How to become a happy person?

Hope you become the person you want to be.

Nowadays, most of us are unhappy because we haven’t get the things we want, someone curse on us, etc, but did you know we can control our feeling? Actually we can control how we feel, but most of us are being stuck on the negative feeling and our mind is easy to feel negative.

Our mind are programmed by the news, movies, Facebook, Instagram, etc. Now you might ask why, but let me tell you something. Do you remember the last news? Is it negative? I’m sure, most of the news are negative, like someone die yesterday, corona virus, racial discrimination, and more! And the movies, Facebook, Instagram are same! There are lots of the people share the negative video, post, command…

When we see negative things, we are easy to feel bad, feel down and when we feel this way most of the time, our mind will easy to feel bad, because our subconscious mind will think think this way protect yourself, just like addicted on something! And how about the opposite? It’s same! If we feel positive all the time, we can feel positive more easier than feel negative! This is how your subconscious mind works! So when you feel down, you need to be clear you now are negative, and start clear your mind to feel positive. I know it’s hard when you are negative, this is why most of the people are toxic, because they choose to feel negative.

When you know you feel angry, depress, negative, sit down and breath deeply, like meditating. This is a way to control yourself, it’s easy and simple, you just need to do it over and over again.

Don’t be a person lack of self-awareness.

Negative mindset will stop you to do a lots of thing, your goal, your dream, etc. You need to stop your negative thought as soon as possible because negative thought is not gonna help you to achieve what you want, it will low down your energy(positive energy is high energy), so you feel low, depress, and negative. This is why you should change your mindset as soon as possible.
